The heating and cooling system at Brooks Tower is unique. We are one of 120 buildings that are supplied with steam and chilled water by the city of Denver.

James "Jim" McNally, beloved husband and historian, passed away in Phoenix, Arizona on November 5, 2023. For over 25 years, Jim and his wife Marsha were active, valuable and contributing members of the Brooks Tower community.
